SUMMARY:Von der Idee zum Erfolg - Existenzgründungsseminar
DESCRIPTION:Ziel dieses Seminars ist es\, Gründungsinteressierte umfassend auf die Existenzgründung vorzubereiten. Viele Dinge sind bei einer erfolgreichen Gründung zu beachten. \nAm Anfang jeder Existenzgründung steht die Geschäftsidee. Aber kann man auch jede Geschäftsidee erfolgreich umsetzen? Die Frage muss man leider häufig mit einem „NEIN“ beantworten. Um eine Antwort auf die Erfolgsaussicht zu bekommen\, gibt es einige Schlüsselfragen\, die zu beantworten sind – diese sind u.a.: Hat meine Idee einen Markt? Warum sollen die Kunden mein Produkt kaufen? Was ist an meiner Idee besser als an anderen Ideen? \nEin wesentlicher Punkt bei der Entwicklung der Geschäftsidee ist daher das Erarbeiten eines Alleinstellungsmerkmals\, eines USP\, das Kunden von der Notwendigkeit des Produkts überzeugen soll. Das Seminar unterstützt die Seminarteilnehmer u. a. bei der Herausarbeitung dieses Alleinstellungsmerkmals. \nDoch das alleine ist noch nicht ausreichend für eine erfolgreiche Gründung. Weitere Fragen stellen sich: Wie komme ich an mein marktfertiges Produkt? Wie kann ich es auf dem Markt platzieren? Wer sind meine Kunden und gibt es evtl. schon Konkurrenz? Rechnet es sich überhaupt\, meine Idee umzusetzen? \nMit der Methode des Business Model Canvas verschafft man sich während des Seminars einen ersten Überblick über die wichtigsten Faktoren\, die Auswirkungen auf die Umsetzung und den Erfolg der Geschäftsidee haben. \nIm Rahmen des Seminars lernt man Antworten auf die genannten Fragen zu finden und diese auch in einem Businessplan zu verarbeiten. In kleinen Teams und mit Unterstützung durch Profis\, die auf jahrzehntelange Erfahrung zurückgreifen können\, wird die Basis für eine erfolgreiche Umsetzung der Geschäftsidee erarbeitet. \nExistenzgründer mit Migrationshintergrund haben aber unter Umständen noch weitere Hindernisse auf dem Weg zur erfolgreichen Gründung zu überwinden. Häufig unterscheiden sich u. a. behördliche Vorschriften und Anforderungen von denen in der Heimat. Genehmigungen müssen eingeholt und in manchen Branchen auch bestimmte Voraussetzungen geschaffen werden. Teilnehmern mit Migrationshintergrund kann hier bei erfolgreichem Abschluss des Seminars ein zusätzliches kostenloses 20-stündiges Coaching weiterhelfen. \nDas Projekt „Perspektive Selbstständigkeit – Gründer mit internationalen Wurzeln“ ehem. „Migranten werden Unternehmer“\, das unter der Schirmherrschaft des hessischen Wirtschaftsministers steht\, läuft bereits seit über 10 Jahren sehr erfolgreich.
