SUMMARY:Einnahmen-Überschussrechnung\, Kalkulation und Preisfindung - 3 Themen\, 1 Workshop für Existenzgründer*innen und junge Unternehmen
DESCRIPTION:Gemeinsam mit der Wirtschaftsförderung der Stadt Gießen bieten die Wirtschaftspaten am 02.09.2026 einen Workshop mit zwei Modulen – „Einnahmen-Überschussrechnung“ und „Betriebswirtschaftlichen Kalkulation mit Preisfindung“ – an. \nSchwerpunkt des ersten Moduls ist die Einnahmen-Überschussrechnung\, die als Grundlage für die Einkommensteuererklärung des Unternehmens dient. Gleichzeitig ermöglicht sie einen Überblick über die wirtschaftliche Lage eines Unternehmens. Erläutert wird dies an praktischen Beispielen unter Einsatz einer speziellen Software. \nModul 2 widmet sich dem Thema „Betriebswirtschaftliche Kalkulation und Preisfindung“. Beides ist wichtig um zu sehen\, ob sich ein Unternehmen trägt. Einnahmen und Ausgaben werden kalkuliert. Ein zentraler Punkt ist hierbei die Preisgestaltung. Welchen Preis muss man nehmen\, damit sich das Unternehmen lohnt und ist der gefundene Preis dann auch mit dem Markt vereinbar? Zwei Fragen\, die auf alle Fälle beide mit einem „Ja“ beantwortet werden müssen\, damit ein Unternehmen seinen Platz im Markt finden kann. Auch hier wird gemeinsam ein praktisches Beispiel erarbeitet. \nDer zweiteilige Workshop findet am Mittwoch\, den 02.09.2026 in der Zeit 9:00 bis 16:00 Uhr im Rathaus der Stadt Gießen statt. DESCRIPTION:»Es gibt drei große Männer in Deutschland. Thomas Mann\, Heinrich Mann\, Henselmann.« (Hermann Henselmann) – Hermann Henselmann\, Stararchitekt der DDR\, sein Name Synonym für den Berliner Prachtboulevard und den Berliner Fernsehturm. Hinter seinen Avantgarde- und Bauhausfassaden verbirgt sich eine von Aufbruch\, Anpassung und Rebellion geprägte Familie. Florentine Anders folgt den Lebenswegen des Architekten\, seiner Frau Isi und ihrer Tochter Isa entlang von hundert Jahren Bau- und Zeitgeschichte. Zugleich richtet sich der Fokus auf eine Frau\, die selbst Architektin war\, jedoch lange im Schatten ihres Mannes stand. Nüchtern\, präzise und mit feministischem Blick lässt Anders eine ganze Ära auferstehen\, schreibt Sätze\, in denen man am liebsten wohnen würde\, und schafft so ein Epochenpanorama\, in dem die Spannung zwischen sozialistischer Utopie und beengender realsozialistischer Wirklichkeit spürbar wird. \nFlorentine Anders (*1968 in Berlin)\, Enkelin der Henselmanns\, studierte in Leipzig und Paris. Nach ihrer Ausbildung an der Journalistenschule Centre de Formation des Journalistes (CFJ) in Paris arbeitete sie als freie Journalistin in Deutschland und Frankreich. Heute ist sie Redakteurin beim Studio ZX (ZEIT-Verlag) und Vorstandsmitglied der Hermann-Henselmann-Stiftung. \nIn einer Begleitveranstaltung am 30. September wird der Film Unser kurzes Leben gezeigt.Die Veranstaltung findet Kooperation mit dem Förderverein Lern- und Erinnerungsort Notaufnahmelager Gießen e.
